Return and Refund Policy

For any product, which does not contain TOBACCO, not used or damaged, simply return it with the accessories and packaging included along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 31 days of the date you purchased / collected the product, and we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original method of payment. For products that do contain tobacco, returns are not accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unopened.

In the event that the customer wants a refund because they did not understand that NO SHIPPING IS MADE (which is stated several times during the site visit), we will refund the full amount minus the costs incurred for the payment and refund of the transaction, which will be 4%.

For every 100€ spent, 96€ will be refunded.

SALES LIMITATION

Sale of tobacco only to people over 18 years of age.
2000 cigarettes or 2 kg of tobacco or 750 cigars.

CUSTOMS LIMITATION

Minimum age to clear Customs with tobacco products: 17 years.
300 cigarettes or 400 g of tobacco or 75 cigars. PER PERSON.
